All services offered are related to healing, intuitive readings, and personal development, including but not limited to ThetaHealing®, intuitive sessions, courses, and workshops.
These services are intended for personal growth, awareness, and energetic well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through the designated booking system or agreed communication channels.
Full payment is required to confirm your session or course enrollment.
All payments made are considered final and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Refund Policy
or 1-on-1 sessions:
Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed sessions, late cancellations (less than 24 hours), or no-shows will be considered as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
For courses and workshops:
Once enrolled, cancellations are not refundable.
Transfers to another date or participant may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Participation & Responsibility
By participating in any session or program, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily engaging in personal development work
You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Results may vary for each individual
Sunwaze does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions or programs will be treated with strict confidentiality.
No information will be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including course content, recordings, and resources, are the intellectual property of Sunwaze.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
Sunwaze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
