Duration: 2 Days Format: Online Certification: Official ThetaHealing® Certificate Course Overview The You and Your Inner Circle seminar focuses on the importance of surrounding yourself with supportive, aligned, and healthy relationships during times of personal growth and transformation. As we evolve, the people around us play a major role in our mindset, emotional well-being, energy levels, and ability to move forward in life. This course helps students gain clarity and discernment about who should be part of their inner circle and how to work on themselves in order to attract the right and like-minded people into their life. The seminar explores why our relationships shift over time, why our circle changes as we grow, and how different kinds of people affect our development. Students learn how to recognize their inner circle and understand the stage of development of the people around them. The course also introduces three different stages of mind: • The Child Stage • The Parent Stage • The Crown or Grandparent Stage Students take part in exercises and self-reflection to determine their own current stage of development and to understand what is needed to move into greater maturity, wisdom, and alignment. This seminar is especially valuable for practitioners, healers, and those who support others, because constantly giving to people who only take can lead to exhaustion. A healthy inner circle includes people who also nourish, support, and energize you. It also helps practitioners understand where their clients and students are in their own development, making it easier to guide them forward with greater wisdom and compassion.
